Negotiating Change is a three part workshop series designed to assist organizations who are engaging, negotiating or attempting to engage policy makers, government officials or other organizations to move a policy, process, business or program forward.

Negotiating Change will provide an overview of the reasons organizations and individuals get “stuck” while trying to engage others to work with them either in their sector or across groups and organizations.   It will help participants understand the main reasons why change gets stalled, recognize the key ingredients to move forward and with a series of practice sessions and templates provide them with some essential tools to navigate to success.

Negotiating Change is offered as three 1.5 hour on-line sessions, or as a full one day course.  All participants will receive a set of tools and templates to use in practicing what they learn.  Participants in the one day course are able to take advantage of more hands on practical sessions, and complete the suite in one day
