Glen Milne
Glen provides facilitation, design, training and advisory services for all sectors. He works with his clients to design and help implement executive and team responsibilities. His projects have included dozens of strategic plans, major foresight studies, multi-lateral consultations, town-hall meetings, design of policy options, memos to Cabinet, constitutional renewal, organizational design and governance, and crisis management.
His has worked with all levels of government including municipalities, provinces, a Prime Minister, central agencies, senior departmental executives, program and regional office staff, remote communities, and the Canadian Forces. That government work has been balanced with clients in banking, telecommunications, information technology, national business associations, and academic, voluntary, community and aboriginal organizations.
He holds architecture and planning degrees from the universities of Toronto and Pennsylvania, is an adjunct professor in Public Administration at the University of Victoria BC, and Strategic Foresight and Innovation at OCAD University in Toronto; and was trained in facilitation by Synectics Inc. Boston.
